March 6:The weather is warming up and this should start to push some steelhead up the rivers. We are getting the boat ready and should be in the water by the first of April to start Brown Trout fishing.

Oct.25:The steelhead action is as good as it gets right now.We set up in 75 fow and trolled north west running 4.5 sog.The baits were silver streak minis on the high lines and 3,5 colors,reg silver streaks in the jerry lee pattern on the 10 colors.Hope you can get out and get in on this action.This was our last trip for the year. We ended up 11 for 20 7 steelhead,1 king and 3 lake trout that we threw back. Thank you to all of who fished with this season see you next year.
Oct.17: Fishing is really good for steelhead out there right now.We caught fish for 50-90 fow all on Silver Streak mini spoons on riggers 3 colors and divers.We took steelhead up to 14 pounds to day. We have one more week of fishing left out there.
Sept.26:Fishing for 3 year old kings was great this week.We fished from 80-18-fow.Riggers down 75-90 and 15 colors,450 coppers were all good .
Sept.19:The offshore fishing is still very good. We used silver streak minis on 3 colors in the mixed veggie and super screw,mag streaks on our riggers divers and the cores and coppers.(green muffin purple glow tiger and veggie tails)
Sept 12:Fishing is still good out of Holland MI right now.We have been fishing between 80 and 120 fow.3 colors and 5 colors of lead have been takeing steelhead with mixed veggie mini streaks on the 3s and mag orange chilly willies on the 5s,toxic rain mag has been great on the 200,300,and divers.There are steelhead up kings in the middle range and lake trout on the bottom.The fishing will only get better for steelhead and 2 and 3 year olds out there from here on out through Oct.
Sept.6:Fishing is good for 80 feet-220 feet right now.We have been fishing the the top 50 fow.The best bait have been mixed veggie mini streak on a 3 color ,green muffin mag on a 12 color ,sister sludge on a 10 color.the riggers are going with white spin doctors and noseeum flys.We have been getting good numbers of steelhead,coho's,and lake trout up high.On the 5 colors we were running orange chilly willy mags and purple spoons.
August 24:Fishing is great right now.The fish are between 80-120 fow.The riggers are good with spinnies and flies,divers with the same,and cores with plugs are the ticket right now get out on the water now because the fish are there.
August 19:The fishing remains great right now we are catching some big Kings and Coho salmon right now.We have been fishing from Holland to Saugatuck in 60 -140 fow.On the down riggers we have been pulling mag Silver Streak spoons stacked with mini streaks in the colors of wonder bread glow and green dolphins.We have been running Popeye plugs on our cores.On the divers we have been pulling white spin doctors.and on the coppers we have been running chrome spin doctors with green flies.
August 15:Fishing is great right now.We have had good fishing in the mornings and the evening bite has been great this week.There are fish from 60feet to 150feet.Are best baits the last two days have been Silver Streak Mag wonder bread glow on a outdown and green dol mag on the other.On the divers the crome blue spin doctor with blue bubble fly has been good the big white paddle with green fly is still takeing salmon and trout down deep.On the cores we have been pulling Popeye glow plugs.
August 13:Fishing is heating up right now the fish are big and there are alot of them.
the fish are any where from 60-140 fow. Try run glow plugs on your full cores,blue glow spoons,and white and green spinnines on divers.The wonder bread glow mag silver streak has been good 60 down on a rigger and the 11in white paddle is still working down deep.
August 6:We have been catching fish between Holland and Saugatuck in 90-130 Fow this week.Riggers have been good with crome spin doctors and mag green glow Silver Streak spoons,cores have done well with Popeye plugs,and Silver Streak Jr spoons (gold acid rain) mag Super screws ,divers with white spin doctors and green flies.We have been caughtig a mixed bag of fish.
July 24:Fishing in Holland and Saugatuck is good right now if you get out early.The best baits right now are Sliver Streak Green Muffins,and Super Screws on full cores ,11in white paddles down deep, and crome spin doctors on divers.
July 11: The fish are still in 90-120 and it is still a mixed bag of salmon,trout,and steelhead.Run the big white paddles with green or no-seeum flies on riggers or on 300 coppers.Purple mag Silver Streaks have been good on 7 & 10 colors of lead, and crome spin doctors on the divers.
July 3:Fishing is good right now in 90-120 fow there is a mixed bag of salmon lake trout and steelhead.the best baits are 11"white paddles with green fly's,silver green glow spoons,and mt.dew spin doctors with green fly's.On the high cores mixed veggies silver streak minis were good.
June:27 The fish continue to be in the 110-150 fow range.The lake trout fishing is still good and we are getting some kings early in the morning.The temp break is about 50' down and there are some fish there and also there are some right near the bottom.The water is still dirty out to 200' so try gold and copper spoons,tin can doggers and 11" white-pearl flashers,and also silver spoons with green glow tape.Fishing is best between Holland and Port Shelden.
June 17: The Lake Trout fishing has been good in 90-130 feet of water.Try running doggers and flies or doggers and spin-n-glows on the bottom.The 11 in. protroll white pearl with a green glow fly has been working well also.
June 6: There are two groups of fish out there right now the first is in 120-160 fow and the 2nd is in 250-300 fow. They are both hitting in the top 50' the deeper water is holding more active fish.Fish the surface with high lines on down to 70 feet.The spoon bite is still the best right now with orange's and green's being best.
May 29:The fish are from 130 to 220 feet of water.Spoon are still the best baits right now.The best baits this week have been the Mag Blue Dol. Silver Streak,Sliver Green Glow,and Toxic Rain.Divers and 7,15 colors of lead have been the best.
May 22: Fishing is still great.Today the fish were between 90-130 feet of water.The baits today were Silver Streak Mag Green Sexy Shade,Super Screw,Ogif(orange green glow frog)and a 11inch white pearl flasher with a snow ghost fly.
May 21: Fishing is as good as it get out there right now.The fish are being caught between 100 to 160 fow.The top baits right now are the Sliver Streak Mag Super Screw,Green Sexy Shad,and the 11inch white pearl flasher with a snow ghost fly.
May 14: The fishing is great out there right now.Fish are being caught up to 20 pounds.The fish have been any where between 80-160 feet of water.Some of the best baits are the Silver Streak Super Screw,Green Muffin,and the U of M Froggie.
We are now booking Lake Michigan Charters out of Holland Mi for the 2010 season.
We now have perch charters also.
